Design + Build
When the client needs both the design and construction managed by one entity, Design + Build is the service to utilize. This allows the Owner to look to one company to deliver both design and the construction of that design according to specific criteria that are driven by specific business needs, personal desires, and/or vision for the completed project.

Southworth can provide consulting services that include program definition (a clear description of what the job is in size, layout, building type, cost and aesthetic quality, before anything is even drawn), scheduling, project financial stewardship, design-team coordination and management, and overall Project Management.
